1. Returns & Exchanges (14-Day Policy)

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your item.

All exchanges and returns must be requested in advance.
Items sent back without prior authorization may not be processed.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused

  • All components must be included

  • The original packaging must be intact

  • The item must show no signs of damage, contamination, or use

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

The seller is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.

2. International Returns

For international returns, please note that processing may take additional time due to shipping and customs procedures.

Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Non-Returnable / Limited Return Items

The following cases may result in partial refunds or refusal of refund, depending on the condition of the item:

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Missing or damaged components/packaging

  • Items damaged due to customer negligence

  • Requests made after 14 days of receipt

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Items deemed non-resalable

Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing components, or incorrect,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

After verification, we will assist you with an exchange or refund at no additional cost.

6. European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
