For in-stock items, orders are generally shipped within a few business days after payment confirmation.
For pre-order or made-to-order items, shipping will follow the timeline specified on the individual product page.

2. Delivery Time
① Domestic Shipping (Within South Korea)
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.
However, delivery times may vary depending on regional conditions, courier volume, and weather circumstances.
② International Shipping (Outside South Korea)
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–21 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures, local courier services, and international logistics conditions.

3. Shipping Fees & Customs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
5. Shipping Delays & Loss
Once the package has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
